Is there a receiving fee?
No, unlike some of the other 3PL providers, we do not charge any receiving fee.
Is there any drop off fee?
Yes, and no. For customers using our prep services, there is no drop off fee. However, if we’re only forwarding the box as received, there is a drop off fee.
What are your payment terms?
You have 7 days after completion of services to pay the invoice.
Do I have to pay daily for FBM services?
We do offer weekly invoices instead of daily for clients with high volumes as we do understand it may be cumbersome to make daily payments for some folks.
Do you provide Google Sheets?
We do provide Google Sheets to clients with high volume so they have clear visibility of their inventory and charges.
Do you provide shipping labels too?
Yes, we can provide shipping labels for all major carriers at discounted prices from retail prices. Please contact us for specific rates.
